WMechanical Engineer - Chairman cum Founder of M/s Teknow Consultants Engineers Pvt Ltd, is a Mechanical Engineer from Pilani, Rajasthan. He started his carrier from building the first Mega Hydro Power Plant in India - Bhakra Nangal Dam, Punjab PWD Irrigation Department (BBMB).
Subsequently he pioneered his skills for Hewitt Robins (Incorporated in USA) wherein he was
Project Manager for Turnkey jobs of Power Plant works and finally with Dodsal for erection of power plant equipments before starting his own venture in 1970 as Raj Kihan & Company & Teknow Consultants, both working extensively in the construction of power plants & intricate civil works in Industries in Pan - India.
He has taken challenging jobs in Mechanical and Civil constructions particularly in Power sector and has had a successful track record of sustained growth over the last four decades. His continued dedication has increased the strength and skills of the company in the field of mechanical & civil industry extended to other Engineering projects.
M.M.SHARMA - Vice Chairman / Director (Electrical)
Electrical Engineer - Vice Chairman / Director (Electrical) of M/s Teknow Consultants & Engineers Pvt Ltd is an Electrical Engineer from Pilani, Rajasthan. He has been Erstwhile Executive Director NTPC & Member Generation of HSEB and has successfully installed over 10,000 MW of Power Plants across India, now with the group since 1987. Having installed many Power Plants in India he has pioneered his vision for strengthening & ensuring quality/timely project deliveries in the construction energy sector which is driven by deliverance.
Thus enhancing Teknow to accomplish marvels for undertaking concept to commissioning of Industrial/Power Plants in Pan India and undertake construction projects for various types of Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Institutional buildings, STP/WTP, sugar mills Cement Plants & Power Plants works.

Industrial Engineer – CEO - of Teknow Consultants & Engineers Pvt Ltd has over 24 years experience in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Construction works in Industries & Power Plants in Pan India. He has executed various Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works for upto 5000 MW for Indian premium companies such as NTPC, NHPC, HSEB, MSEB, KPCL, EIL etc
Realising customer relations & requirements for over 23 years accredited over 200 crores value of work orders to the Group. He started his carrier with a dramatic turn around he brought in sales of a software company by increase of over 100 lacs in less than 8 months in the year 1989. There after he has successfully executed various Project Management, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works in the Power, Cement, WTP, STP & Petrochemical sectors at all India level.
P H Tripathi - Director Administration
Diploma (Electrical Instrumentation), Retd. Flying Officer form IAF - Director Administration of Teknow Consultants & Engineers Pvt Ltd with over 40 years of experience. Responsible for Aircraft Operations & Maintenance he has developed a focus on detailing & quality in addition to the art of man management.
Also he is an expert in all Govt./semi Govt. Procedures & Approvals systems.
T Suresh - COO / Director Projects
BE (CIVIL), F.I.E., M.I.C.I. - Director Operations & Projects of Teknow Consultants & Engineers Pvt Ltd with over 23 years of experience and is responsible for the entire Project Planning & Monitoring at all India level. He is a renowned professional in the fields of Technology and Management
He has over two decades of all round experience in Project implementation. He has worked in India with major Industrial house for 14 years and with Department of Atomic Energy for their Uranium Process Plant & other private groups for over a decade. He is a certified Lead Auditor from ALAN -A -GRIFFIN Associates London, Recognised by IQA-ICRA for ISO 9000 Certification Audit in 1998.
He holds PG Diploma in Business Admin from MPI New Delhi 1987. He holds the distinction of executing numerous construction projects in Power, Cement, Metal & Nonferrous industries for Greenfield as well as Brownfield expansions during the career path. He is Deft in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with contractors, consultants, architects and other external agencies, ensuring on time deliverables.
He is a strategic planner with expertise in planning, executing and spearheading Projects involving Contract & Site Administration and Resource Planning.
